David made a declaration based on the troubling situation, he was confronted with  and how his enemies has increased. But, he had to remind and encourage himself of His God. Knowing the God we serve helps us to put things in perspective during challenging times.

Psalm 3:3(KJV) “³But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.”

 Just remember this one thing, when you are in the midst and heat of the battle, that God is fighting for you. If God is fighting for you, there is no one who can stand against our Mighty God? One of His attributes is ‘Man of War’

Exodus 15:3 “³The Lord is a man of war: the Lord is his name.”

 When you’ve got the God that’s the Man of War on your side, the outcome of the battle is already decided. Do let fear keep from fulfilling your God ordained destiny. 

 You have the LORD God that is a shield around all that concerns you, the glory over your life and the lifter up of your head, so nothing and I mean nothing should make you feel defeated, hopeless, and discouraged...

 I want to encourage to lift up your head, walk straight and confidently, because you are a child of the King of kings and LORD of lords, He's your Father and He has so much good things in store for you.

 When times are challenging, lift up thanksgiving up God and let Him know you trust Him and shall not fear the enemies and troubles all around you, because He's the shield for you  and your family safety
